There is no record of any sailing from Plymouth to Gibraltar in 1620. However, there is a famous sailing from Plymouth in 1620, but it was to America, not Gibraltar. The Mayflower left Plymouth in September of 1620 and landed in modern day Massachusetts in November of that same year.
