Winter time in Sullivan County, New York brings cold weather and plenty of snow so travelers who enjoy snow sports should visit Holiday Mountain Ski and Fun Park. Holiday Mountain is open May through September as a fun park with summer activities, such as go karts and rock wall climbing. But once the snow begins and the temperature drops below 0 degrees then skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing takes over. There are seven trails and slopes, four lifts and two chalets.
