New York City Tourist Hours for Attractions

New York City is home to tons of historic and patriotic landmarks that tell the story of America's birth. It is famously described as the "city that never sleeps" and neither does the tourism. Whether NYC is just a few hours or a few days away, it is well worth the trip. Visitors from all over the world come to experience New York City in all its glory.
  1. Statue of Liberty

    • New York's Statue of Liberty stands in the midst of Liberty Island, a beacon to the world and a reminder to our nation of the freedom upon which our democracy was founded. A trip up the 354 steps will bring you to the top of the crown to overlook the entire island, a majestic view--to say the least. Open every day from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., it is best to arrive early, especially if you plan on making the trek to the top of Lady Liberty.

New York City is the city that never sleeps, so you can technically visit anytime. However, if you want some help from the Times Square Alliance, the official group of the area, they are available daily from 8 a.m. until 8 p.m.
