Transgender Night Clubs near Cincinnati, Ohio

In 2006, Cincinnati passed a LGBT human rights ordinance that offers gays, lesbians, and the transgendered the same protection as the rest of the citizens in the city. This opened up many opportunities for LGBT-friendly bars and hangouts in Cincinnati, Ohio. Though the number in comparison to gay bars is small, there are a couple of bars and night clubs specifically targeted towards anyone who is transgendered.
  1. The Dock Complex

    • The Dock Complex has been up and running for over 20 years in Cincinnati. The LGBT dance bar and club is open seven days a week with an indoor full-service bar, pool tables and casino-like games. The club also sports its own patio with a volleyball court for outdoor activity as well. There are weekly contests, from dancing to drag, keeping things fresh and exciting. During the week, The Dock Complex closes between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m., but is open to 4 a.m. on the weekends.

    Old Street Saloon

    • The Old Street Saloon bar is open to everyone 18 years and older. Though the establishment does not officially list or label themselves a LGBT bar, they do note on their website that the majority of their patrons are gay. The Old Street Saloon hosts events starring famous drag queens, dancers and other GLBT entertainment. The club is closed on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, but open Wednesday from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.. Thursday through Saturday nights, the club is open from 8 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.

    Below Zero Lounge

    • The Below Zero Lounge club and bar features their very own signature trademark drinks (including a few poured below zero degrees), cabaret shows and hours and hours of dancing to club music. The club hosts events almost every day of the week, ranging from TV show celebrations to drag and karaoke contests. The Below Zero Lounge also offers options for private parties and rentals, with two floors to enjoy. The second floor offers a private and full bar as well as an entire private section for renting out. The Below Zero Lounge atmosphere includes plush furniture, music and plenty of drinks. It is open Wednesday through Sunday at 4 p.m.
