Bahamas Cruises From Palm Beach

Palm Beach, Florida Port Officials are trying to increase cruise traffic, tourism dollars, and jobs. The March 2010 addition of a Cruise ship sailing from Palm Beach to the Bahamas is a big step in that direction. They are also looking for a casino cruise ship to replace the Palm Beach Princess, which terminated business in April 2010 due to financial issues.
  1. Two-day cruises

    • At the time of this writing, Celebration Cruise Line is the only ship leaving Palm Beach for the Bahamas. It currently offers a two-day cruise departing at 5:30 a.m. every other day of the week, arriving at the Grand Bahama Island at 8 a.m. for a full day spent on the island. Passengers return to Palm Beach the following evening. Prices start at $149 for adults.

    Cruise and Stay Options

    • You can also opt to take the Celebration Cruise to the Grand Bahama Island, and stay for two, four or six nights at the four-star Our Lucaya Beach Resort. With 372 acres encompassing a white sand beach, golf course, casino, and 14 restaurants and lounges, there are several options to keep you occupied.
