Classic Journeys, established in 1995, offers the Taste of Tuscany, a culinary tour of the local kitchens, markets, bakers, vineyards and cheese-makers. Participants learn how to cook in a casual setting at local kitchens, discover how to recreate the Italian food menus, and taste local wines and freshly pressed olive oils. You will tour Florence, the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, the San Lorenzo market, Mugello Valley, San Gimignano, Chianti's vineyards, Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano and a Roman bath. The tour lasts for seven days and six nights and is offered in October, December, May and July. Tour costs include first-class accommodations, a selection of your meals and cooking instructions, a full-time guide to assist with your needs, land transportation during stay, admission to all scheduled events, gratuities and trip literature.

Tuscany Cooking Courses is led Carlo Innocenti at Casa Innocenti, a 12th-century residence next door to a medieval castle. Located in Arcidosso, the tour offers guests trips to local villages and wineries, including Siena, Mount Amiata, Sovana, Pitigliano, Val d'Orcia, Montalcino, Castiglione della Pescaia and Sorano, and the opportunity to live in a Tuscan home where you will be fed and taught the art of authentic Tuscan country-cooking in an intimate setting. Tours are set up for smaller groups of three to seven people.
