Members are also required to have a valid, active email address, as this is the group's primary method of contact regarding upcoming trips. Membership is free.

This family-friendly camping club was founded in 1992, and is open to all types of campers. The group plans weekend camping trips about once a month. Trips are generally held within two hours of Jacksonville. Campers are expected to bring their own meals and utensils, except on Friday nights. Friday suppers are prepared by a volunteer "Wagonmeister," who is reimbursed for meal expenses and any camping fees for the night in exchange for volunteering. As of October, 2009, "Wagonmeister" meals are $8 per camping unit.
