Choose between standard hotel rooms or suites in Georgetown or Summit County, condo accommodations (some with spectacular views) or Victorian-style bed and breakfast inns. Rates for accommodations cover a wide range, though most tend toward the inexpensive end of the spectrum.
Purchase your lift ticket in advance at dozens of locations throughout Colorado. A full list of participating locations is available on Loveland's Web site.
Purchase a season pass online if you plan on several trips to the slopes. If you are free during the week, purchase a midweek season pass, which is valid for unlimited skiing on all days except holidays and weekends.

Book travel into Denver, Colorado as it is only about an hour away from the Loveland Ski Area. Take the I-70 west to Exit 216 to reach the resort. The closest towns are Georgetown and Silverthorne.
Log on to Loveland's Web site for the most current status of the slopes. Whether you dare to face the double black diamond or plan to steer clear, be sure the that courses you can ski are open for business.
Loveland has cameras set up throughout the ski area and those pictures are posted daily on their Web site.
Download and print Loveland's brochures. They include contact information, ticket prices and trail maps.
Park for free at Loveland. The parking lots are conveniently located at the foot of the hills: no long hike necessary to start your full day of skiing. There is also a shuttle to take you between the two separate areas of Loveland, the Basin and the Valley.
Rent your ski or snowboard equipment if you do not have your own. You must use a major card as a deposit.
