What is a challenge the country Namibia facing today?

Income Inequality:

Namibia has one of the highest levels of income inequality in the world, with nearly half of the population living in poverty, while there is substantial wealth concentrated around a few individuals and economic activities, like mining which contributes significantly to the economy but largely by foreign multinationals with limited trickle-down effect to a vast segment of the society.

This results in social disparities hindering societal progression towards inclusivity and overall economic development of citizens across different socio-economic backgrounds.
