What is the AA Kilometer Rate Namibia?

The kilometers are calculated from the point of breakdown to the nearest AA-registered repairer or the vehicle’s home address, whichever is closer.

In addition to the kilometer rate, AA members are also charged a call-out fee which varies depending on the time of day and the distance to the breakdown. The call-out fee is N$150 during the day (08:00 to 17:00) and N$250 at night (17:00 to 08:00).

For breakdowns that occur more than 100 kilometers from the nearest AA-registered repairer, AA members are also charged a towing fee. The towing fee is N$15 per kilometer for the first 100 kilometers and N$10 per kilometer thereafter.

AA members can also purchase a Roadside Assistance package which provides additional benefits such as free fuel delivery, flat tire repair, and battery jump-starts. The Roadside Assistance package costs N$100 per year.
