Is Mozambique a rich or poor country?

Mozambique is considered a low-income country. According to the World Bank's classification, it is ranked 180 out of 190 countries in terms of Gross National Income (GNI) per capita. Mozambique has a history of political instability, civil war, and natural disasters, which have severely impacted its economy and overall development. Despite efforts to improve its economy and reduce poverty, the country still faces significant challenges in areas such as infrastructure, healthcare, education, and job creation.
