Where does China get bananas from?

China imports about half of its bananas, making it the largest banana importer in the world. It primarily sources bananas from countries in Southeast Asia, such as the Philippines, Cambodia, and Vietnam, as well as from Ecuador, Costa Rica, and Colombia in Latin America.
