Restaurant Amuse is a fine dining establishment that specializes in degustation menus with a modern French influence. The restaurant does not offer an a la carte menu. It has been rated the number one restaurant in Western Australia in 2010 and the "Australian Gourmet Traveller" gave it two stars in its 2010 restaurant guide, making it the highest rated restaurant in Western Australia.
The main degustation menu offers up 11 small plates that can be matched with wines (seven tasting pours) for an additional cost. A petite degustation menu with only six small dishes is available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. This can also come with matched wines equalling four tasting pours for an additional cost.
Although the menus are set, they can be tailored to suit allergies and dietary requirements. Customers are advised to let the restaurant know of any special requests at the time of booking. Vegetarian options are also available.

Bouchard is a casual café during the day and a dimly lit, seductive dining room in the evening. Chef Todd Stuart introduces classic French cuisines with a twist, adding in Japanese influences to the menu. The wine list at Bouchard showcases aged and French varieties from the owner's private cellar, which are available by the bottle and by the glass. This small restaurant seats 40, including its outdoor dining area. The restaurant does take reservations and groups are advised to book ahead of time.

Sen5es Restaurant and Wine Bar is in the elegant Novotel Perth Langley Hotel. The restaurant's menu showcases contemporary French fare that relies on simple composition of unique flavours. The menu changes with the season as the restaurant only uses fresh produce and it covers a range of proteins from duck, venison, seafood to foie gras. Its signature dish is the duck a l'orange on Savoy cabbage with shitake mushroom, covered with broccolini and orange sauce.
Those interested in trying multiple plates together will enjoy the sharing plate option which allows diners to select numerous dishes, of smaller size, they can order like tapas. For after dinner indulgences, the restaurant offers cheese and dessert menus. The restaurant also has a full bar and wine by the bottle and glass. Those with gluten allergies can ask for gluten-free meals.

Etro on King Street has had numerous names throughout the years--Bien Fine Food Café and Mezzonine--with the latest incarnation making its name as daytime café and bistro. The food is rustic, with omelette with ratatouille served up for breakfast and a duck liver pate with red onion jam on fresh bread for lunch. Its signature dish is beef bourgignon.
Wine is available by the glass and those with gluten allergies can order gluten-free dishes. There is also a children's menu and an outdoor dining area. With only 45 seats in the house, groups are advised to book ahead.
