While the entrance to the Pacific Undersea Gardens is above sea-level, the most interest parts of the the gardens happen underwater. The Gardens is actually a floating structure extending from the shore into the Victoria's Inner Harbor. The Gardens offers an underwater viewing gallery 15 feet below the surface. From the gallery, visitors are able to get a "fish-eye" perspective of harbor sea life. The Gardens offers a underwater show where visitors inside, watch and communicate with divers outside as they explain the features of the Inner Harbor.
