Funtasia is a theme park in Fairmont Hot Springs open daily in the summer from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. Funtasia is also open in the fall and spring from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and Mondays on weekends with holidays. However, the theme park closes after Thanksgiving and reopens in March, depending on the weather. Activities at Funtasia include mini-golf set in a live forest, an animal petting zoo and gardens, a massage room and bumper cars. Funtasia is also available for party and family reservations.

Established in 1920, Kootenay National Park offers indoor and outdoor activities in the summer and winter.
