The CN Tower is located in downtown Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Canadian Shield is a large region of exposed Precambrian rocks that covers much of eastern Canada, extending from the Atlantic Ocean to the Arctic Ocean. The CN Tower is not located within the Canadian Shield.
