Bahia Naranjo is a nature park that is surrounded by beaches. Visitors can take boat rides and hike along various trails. There is also an aquarium at Cayo Naranjo, which is a tiny island that visitors can reach by boat. The aquarium features various tropical fish and daily marine show. Visitors to Bahia Naranjo can also swim with the dolphins. According to Frommers.com, the aquarium has some of the largest natural ocean pens around and the dolphins are allowed to swim in the open seas regularly. Visitors to Bahia Naranjo can also enjoy horseback riding, a rodeo, watersports, and a seafood restaurant that features and Afro-Cuban show.
Baseball fans can enjoy a game between either local of national teams at Stadium Major General Calixto Garcia. The baseball stadium is located on the Avenue of Libertadores on the Southeast side of Holguin City. According to HolguinCity.com, admission to the stadium is normally free.
