You will be just in time for the re-opening of the Spui open-air art market when you visit Amsterdam in March. Every Sunday, the market exhibits the work of up to 60 Dutch and international artists. A rotation system is in place so you can enjoy the original work of 25 different artists every Sunday. Near the Historical Museum at the heart of Amsterdam, the fair is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. every day.

Pink Film Days began in 1996 and features gay cinema as well as feature films, shorts and documentaries. This film festival has gained esteem among other international film festivals, film makers and visitors. The festival's aim is to promote dialogue, maintain links with the Dutch film industry and give equal exposure to lesbian and gay films. The festival occurs at the beginning of March in the Westergas cultural area in the Keteluis Cinema. Tickets are €8.50.
