Although there are a number of Absolut Icebars located across Europe, the original was built in Sweden in 1993. The concept started as a small hotel bar, but it quickly became one of the most innovative nightclub concepts. At the Icebar everything is just that --- ice. From the tables to the glasses, everything is carved out of ice. The minute you walk into the ice cave, you're given a parka to wear in the freezing bar, but there's a 45-minute limit to ensure no one develops hypothermia. There's a hefty cover price to enjoy the Icebar, but you get free drinks and a parka with the cover. The only item on the menu is Absolut vodka.

Electronica beats pump from the speakers while foam pumps through hoses at Amnesia in Ibiza, Spain. The popular nightclub is world famous for its foam parties where foam can reach eye level throughout the entire bar. Guests are encouraged to dress for the occasion, but many find the fact that people come under dressed or inappropriately dressed the most entertaining. The foam leaves you soaked, but no one seems to mind as they dance through it to the latest electronic tunes spun by house DJs.
