Leinster House is the seat of the Oireachtas, the parliament of Ireland. It is located in Dublin, the capital of Ireland. Leinster House was originally built as a palace for the Duke of Leinster in the 18th century. It was acquired by the Irish Free State in 1922 and became the seat of the Oireachtas in 1924.
