What are famous lakes in Mexico City?

Mexico City, officially known as Ciudad de México or CDMX, sits in the Valley of Mexico. Unfortunately, there are no famous lakes inside of Mexico City; however, some famous lakes, such as Texcoco, Zumpango, and Xochimilco, surround the metropolitan area.
