Which Is Part of North America: Colombia, Greenland, or Hawaii?

Hawaii is part of the North American continent (geologically on the Pacific Plate, politically a U.S. state). Colombia is in South America. Greenland is geographically on the North American plate but politically part of the Kingdom of Denmark (Europe); it is usually considered part of North America geographically.
