    • The Derbyshire Renaissance Faire is held on the Muskegon County Fairgrounds in Ravenna, Michigan. The festivities are held over two weekends in June. Guests are invited to wear period costume and soak up the atmosphere. Singers, dancers, comedians and storytellers perform throughout the day, and Her Majesty’s Royal Guard competes in exciting swordplay. Artisans and crafters showcase their wares, while food vendors offer old-world delicacies.

    Ishpeming Art Faire & Renaissance Festival

    • The Ishpeming Art Faire & Renaissance Festival is held in Bancroft Park, on the shores of Lake Bancroft, on Michigan’s upper peninsula. The festival features art and craft booths, theme merchants and food vendors offering old-world dishes. Guests enjoy live entertainment including dancers, swordsman and musical groups performing throughout the day. Costume contests and children’s’ activities in the Kids’ Castle make this event fun for the whole family.

    Michigan Renaissance Festival

    • The Michigan Renaissance Festival is held each year from August to October in Holly, Michigan. Guests can browse the merchants’ booths and enjoy a variety of food vendors. Comedians and musicians perform on stage at various locations throughout the faire, and wandering performers encourage audience participation. Each day features a full-contact armored jousting tournament on horseback. Theme weekends, including the Highland Fling and Harvest Huzzah, are held throughout the festival. Wedding packages and party planning are available.
