Kayak Point Regional County Park in Stanwood, Washington, is a saltwater beach park near Port Susan. Activities include windsurfing, picnicking, swimming, hiking and boating. Fish for Dungeness and red rock crabs, flounder, sole, true cod, rockfish, and walleye from the shore or from the 300-foot pier that extends into Puget Sound.

Facilities include 88 tent spaces, hiking and bike trails, a ball field, two boat ramps, picnic areas, an amphitheater and a fire circle. A mile-long trail connects the park to Cama Beach State Park.
Cama Beach State Park is located on the southwest shore of Camano Island. Activities include wildlife and bird watching, hiking, biking, boating, crabbing, fishing, diving, swimming and playing horseshoes. Cama Beach, used for centuries by Native Americans for fishing and hunting, is a 433-acre waterfront park set against a forested backdrop with 15 miles of trails, a fire circle, two horseshoe pits and interpretive programs. Bungalow and cabins, some of which are on the waterfront, sleep four, six or eight guests and are available for rent.
