Dining in the Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas, NV

Las Vegas can transport you from the pyramids of ancient Egypt to the skyscrapers of New York City -- and even the Eiffel Tower. The Paris Las Vegas hotel and casino features a 541-foot tall replica of the landmark, which includes a restaurant at the top. Diners take an elevator to experience elegant French cuisine and outstanding views.
  1. Menu

    • The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, featuring a menu of refined French cuisine. Chef and proprieter Jean Joho creates dishes ranging from lobster to succulent steaks, all with a French twist. Diners can choose from an a la carte menu or a tasting menu, and the restaurant also has a separate list of bar/lounge offerings with items such as sandwiches, shrimp and caviar. Decadent souffles round off a rich French meal.

    Atmosphere

    • The restaurant, which is situated on the 11th floor of the Paris Las Vegas Eiffel Tower, looks out over the Vegas Strip with panoramic views of the city. From the casino floor, diners step onto an elevator that takes them up to the restaurant. Inside, the silver-and-maroon decor is broken up by the steel beams of the Eiffel Tower. From the restaurant, guests can watch the Bellagio's fountain show, which takes place directly across the street from Paris Las Vegas.

    Special Events

    • Imagine proposing 460 feet above the Las Vegas Strip or celebrating a birthday, anniversary or wedding with the city lit up beneath you. The Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers special "Propose in Paris" packages including champagne, roses, an extravagant tasting menu and other extras such as limo transportation and a luxurious hotel suite. The restaurant can accommodate parties in semi-private rooms for up to 70 guests with customized menus. Holiday meals, such as Mother's Day brunch, are routinely held; check the restaurant's website for an up-to-date schedule of events.

    Merchandise

    • Diners can bring home a souvenir of their experience at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant by purchasing a souvenir photo or a copy of the chef's cookbook, "The Eiffel Tower Cookbook: Capturing the Magic of Paris." It contains recipes for some of the restaurant's signature dishes, as well as color photography of the restaurant and its cuisine. Gift cards to the restaurant also are available and can be purchased in any denomination.
