St. Rose Parkway, also known as Route 146, meets the Las Vegas Freeway on the west end and the Las Vegas Beltway on the east end. It separates Las Vegas from Henderson, Nevada. The parkway goes past the Las Vegas-Henderson Sky Harbor Airport, as well as several medical facilities. Travelers or residents looking for a bite to eat have a number of choices along St. Rose Parkway, both on the Henderson and Las Vegas sides.
Remedy's Tavern, at the corner of St. Rose Parkway and Seven Hills Drive, offers gaming alongside food and drinks. The menu includes appetizers, sliders, salads, sandwiches and wraps, burgers and large plates. The restaurant also serves breakfast. Most of the food choices have meat in them, although there are several vegetarian options.
Original Tommy's Hamburgers is a burger joint at 3009 St. Rose Parkway. The family-owned chain features several kinds of hamburgers and chili burgers. The restaurant also offers several varieties of French fries. Original Tommy's serves breakfast items as well.
Jack in the Box, at 4161 St. Rose Parkway, is a national fast food chain. Serving up hamburgers, chicken, grilled sandwiches and salad, the restaurant also offers "something different" -- items such as teriyaki bowls. Jack in the Box also has a wide selection of desserts, kids meals and a value menu.
The Bar at Bermuda & St. Rose, located just off St. Rose Parkway at 11624 Bermuda Road, is a combination restaurant, bar and gaming venue. The restaurant serves up American fare, including cheese steaks, hamburgers, six types of salads and larger entrees. The Bar also has 17 draft and 40 bottled beers.
FireSide Restaurant & Tavern, found just off St. Rose Parkway at 1785 E. Cactus Ave., is another dining, drinking and gaming restaurant. FireSide offers breakfast items such as biscuits and gravy and steel-cut oatmeal. The lunch menu includes a variety of sandwiches, wraps and pizzas. FireSide also has a special late night menu, served from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner items.
Spicy Pickle is situated at 9985 South Eastern Ave., right off of St. Rose Parkway. This chain features sandwiches, panini and salad -- customers can build their own or order off of the extensive menu. Spicy Pickle also serves up "pizzetti," 11-inch thin-crust pizzas.
