    • Indomania opened its doors in 2007 and in 2008 received the Best Under the Radar Restaurant award from "Miami New Times" magazine. Entrees include grilled snapper wrapped in banana leaf, grilled duck breast with Balinese herbs and stir-fried shrimp with peteh beans and steamed rice.     La Cote Restaurant

    • La Cote at the Fontainebleau hotel was lauded as Miami Beach's best outdoor dining establishment in 2009 by "Miami New Times." The open-air restaurant is open to non-hotel guests and overlooks the hotel pool and Miami Beach oceanfront. Specializing in the cuisine of southern France, the restaurant also has a bar DJ nightly. Specialties include papardelle with asparagus and mushrooms, grilled snapper fillet with lobster butter and jumbo grilled shrimp with saffron fennel and lemon butter.

    Emeril's Miami Beach

    • "Miami New Times" voted Emeril's Miami Beach among its top restaurants of 2010. The restaurant's expansive dining room is adorned in bright pastels and has wide circular booths. A contemporary-style bar is also featured, illuminated by chic glass lanterns.

      Emeril's is open for lunch and dinner daily as well as a Sunday brunch. Entrees include glazed free-range chicken breast paired with roasted shallots, double cut pork chops with green chili sauce and house-made ricotta-spinach ravioli with shaved Parmesan.
