La Cote at the Fontainebleau hotel was lauded as Miami Beach's best outdoor dining establishment in 2009 by "Miami New Times." The open-air restaurant is open to non-hotel guests and overlooks the hotel pool and Miami Beach oceanfront. Specializing in the cuisine of southern France, the restaurant also has a bar DJ nightly.
