Chester is a community situated in the southern suburbs of the greater-Richmond area. Chester is primarily a residential community with a limited night life. Approximately 18 miles north of Chester, Club Infuzion is a large dance club in Richmond, DJ's spin music and live bands perform at Club Infuzion, which has three different areas for dancing, a high tech sound and lighting system, three separate bars, video projectors and flat-screen TVs. Club Infuzion also has four VIP areas located above the main floor. Free off-street parking is available next to Club Infuzion, which advertises itself as a Washington D.C.-style dance club. Security escorts are available to accompany patrons from their cars to the club. Club Infuzion also hosts private parties on selected evenings.

The Candy Bar can be found 12 a little over 12 miles to the north of Chester in Richmond. The night club has a main bar area with two poles for female erotic dancers. Beer, wine and champagne are served every day until 2 a.m. at a night club that opens at 11 a.m. Closing time is 2 a.m on Sunday through Thursday and 3 a.m/ on Fridays and Saturdays. The Candy Bar 's kitchen is open to 1:30 a.m. seven days a week. A lunch special is offered with a $5 daytime cover charge. Items on the menu include hot wings, hamburgers, steaks and cheesecake for desert. Private parties are welcome and the bar has a limo to pick up groups and return them home.
