Handicap accessible cabins are designed to meet construction and accessibility standards in accordance with Section 4.34 (Accessible Dwelling Units) of the Architectural Barriers Act. Pioneers Cabin and Guest Farm offers cabins that have been designed to provide an accessible approach, entry and use by guests who have physical disabilities and their families. Pioneer Cabins and Guest Farm offers several accessible cabins for guests. Thunder Ridge Cabin and Wrangler's Cove are wheelchair accessible cabins that can sleep up to 10 and 15 people, respectively. Both cabins have four bedrooms, a sleeper couch, two bathrooms and are fully furnished. Thunder Ridge has two whirlpool tubs, a stone fireplace, hot tub, picnic table and outdoor grill. The cabins are located near the farm's petting farm and pony pasture and have wide front porches for viewing the local scenery. Smaller accessible cabins are also available. The Bunk House Cabin is a single-level log cabin with ramp access and a wraparound deck. It has one bedroom with a king bed, a sleeper sofa and a double twin-size bunk bed plus a single bunk bed are located in the living room. The cabin has one and a half baths, a hot tub, a full kitchen, TV/DVD/VCR, a stone fireplace, a wood burning stove, a picnic table and an outdoor grill.

The Richmont Inn offers the Francis Asbury Room, which is wheelchair accessible. The room has a rustic log cabin-like feel with exposed wooden beams, walls and flooring. The room has a queen bed, a private balcony, a bath and views of the mountains.
