If you are an avid beer connoisseur, visit the Karl Strauss Brewing Company while touring the Citywalk. The company started brewing beer over 50 years ago in the original San Diego location; it has brought its same quality services and products to the Citywalk location in Universal Studios. The restaurant offers ten home made beers on tap, jugs of beer for take out and a weekday "Happy Hour" from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The restaurant offers a full menu selection with soups, salads, chops and specialty dishes made with Karl Strauss beers.

Samba is a Brazilian-inspired steakhouse that boasts having "the one and only Caipirinha--the national drink of Brazil--bar in Los Angeles."
