Geneva State Park is located approximately 4 miles from downtown Geneva. The park has 12 lakefront cedar log cabins, each sleeping four to six people in a private bedroom and a loft. Each one-bathroom cabin includes a full kitchen with utensils and cookware, linens, living and dining areas, cable TV with DVD player, gas grill, air conditioning and heat, deck and screened-in porch. Guests can use an enclosed picnic area. Cabin rentals are available from June to August. In 2010, rate ere $100 nightly, with a maximum stay of 14 days.

Pera's Cottages are located about four miles from downtown Geneva in the Mapleton Beach area, not far from the beach. McColl Cottage has four bedrooms and two baths, sleeping up to 10 people. Its amenities include a full kitchen, gas fireplace, cable TV, back yard, access to a private beach, and lawn games. Lake Worth House has five bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can sleep up to 15 people. Its amenities are similar to McColl Cottage, but it has updated bathroom facilities, a screened-in porch, and a larger back yard. Guests of Pera's Cottages can use the amenities of Pera's Motel, a five-minute walk away. Motel amenities include a heated swimming pool, laundry facilities, picnic area, and free wireless Internet.
