The New York Wine and Culinary Center is home to a culinary school but also offers a vibrant bar scene and restaurant for visitors. The center offers a lunch and dinner menu that utilizes seasonal ingredients. Wine and cocktails are available at the bar, as are Craft beers. The center is known for its state of the art tap system which features a large selection of New York state premium beers. Diners can chose to do a tasting or even take a class to learn about the selections. Specific culinary events also take place throughout the year, including an outdoor barbecue feast.

Located in historic downtown Canandaigua, Casa de Pasta is an Italian restaurant that offers a traditional Italian menu. According to the restaurant’s website, the chef uses family recipes brought from Calabria, Italy and consequently a variety of appetizers, pasta, seafood and meat & poultry entrees fill the menu. Dishes are varied in simplicity, from a grilled pizza classico appetizer to a grilled salmon caprese dinner.
The dining area is available for small intimate dinners and larger gathering rooms are available for bigger groups of diners.
