San Diego county draws in many tourists every year, as it is home to the San Diego Zoo, Sea World and other famous attractions; however, toddlers often quickly grow anxious and eager to try new activities. Both visitors and residents of San Diego do not need to search far to find an abundance of educational, physical and creative activities for their toddlers.
At the Prancing Pony, children visit horses, a donkey, ponies, sheep, goats, chickens and other birds. The farm has also taken in a number of injured animals, including elderly horses, a bunny with a broken back and a one-eyed guinea pig. Horseback and pony riding lessons are available, as are cart riding lessons. All of the instructors are especially trained to work with young children. The Prancing Pony also offers parties, both at the location and at the families' own homes.
