San Diego is a vacationing family's paradise. The San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and Sea World are some of the most popular destination spots for families vacationing in the city. The more adventurous families may want to take advantage of the unique opportunity to swim with the dolphins during their San Diego trip. Families are in luck as they can combine their trip to Sea World with a fantastic dolphin experience.
Visit to the Sea World San Diego website. Click on "Experiences" and then click on "Behind the Scenes."
Hold your mouse over the pictures on the Behind the Scenes page until you see the Dolphin Interaction Program. Click on the "Click to Learn More" link.
Read the program's description. Your dolphin interaction experience will start with an educational lesson on the dolphins, and then you will get into the dolphin pool. In the dolphin pool, you'll be able to touch the dolphins, signal them to do certain tricks and feed them. The dolphin interaction is only for people age 6 and older and the cost is $160 per person.
