Disney is renowned for its many rides, including the Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain and the Pirates of the Caribbean. However, Disney World also has attractions that are geared towards adults. From dining on Disney's Boardwalk to club hopping in Downtown Disney to enjoying a couple's spa day, Disney has something for adult couples and singles.
The Grand Floridian Spa and Health Club is located within the Walt Disney World Resort and offers nine spa packages. Packages are either a full day or half day and include skin care treatments; massage therapy, including couple's massages; body therapy; and water therapy and soaks. The Couple's Instructional Massage package last about 180 minutes and includes step-by-step instructions on how to give each other massages. A professional massage therapist will provide personalized massage tips and techniques. The Grand Romantic Couple's Massage runs either 50 or 80 minutes and includes a joint aromatherapy session. The spa also has a fitness center with treadmills, stair steppers, cycles, and elliptical cross trainers.

Disney's Boardwalk offers nighttime entertainment for adults and couples, including a pier near the water where people go dancing. Other entertainment includes the Atlantic Dance Hall, featuring live music and DJs, and Jelly Rolls, which features piano players who take audience requests. Dining options include the Flying Fish Café, which highlights local fish and seafood, and the ESPN Club, which provides a fun atmosphere with large-screen televisions and American cuisine. Disney's Boardwalk also has shopping opportunities that range from Wyland Galleries to Boardwalk Character Carnival, which sells souvenirs.

Downtown Disney is Walt Disney World's entertainment zone, featuring dining, shopping, night life and Cirque Du Soleil's La Nouba. Downtown Disney's Pleasure Island includes DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park, which has five floors of virtual reality and 3-D games; the House of Blues, which features music by local and national musicians; and the AMC Pleasure Island 24 Theatres Complex. Dining options include Fulton's Crab House, which features fresh seafood and sits inside the replica of a riverboat; Gloria Estefan's Bongos Cuban Café; and Portobello, a fine-dining Italian restaurant. Other attractions include the Characters in Flight, which takes guests up in a hot air balloon for a panoramic view of Walt Disney World.

The Spa at Disney's Saratoga Springs specializes in Swedish massages, stone therapy, aromatherapy massages, reflexology, and firm-pressure masses. Treatments range from facials to massage therapies, body therapies, and hand and feet therapies. There are seven packages, including a Couple's Relaxation package. The Couple's Relaxation includes a 45-minute aromatherapy massage, a 45-minute hydro-massage therapy, and tea.
