Pigeon Forge, nestled at the base of the Smoky Mountains and accessible via Route 71, is home to a variety of attractions and shows. If you are seeking musical entertainment, there are a variety of shows to choose from.
Head over to the Black Bear Jamboree Dinner & Show music theater for a musical production featuring Broadway, country, bluegrass and gospel songs as well as a country feast. Watch as the cast tries its best to entertain the animatronic black bears with tunes from the 1950s to the present as well as gospel and patriotic songs. Don't forget the country feast, including barbecue ribs, corn on the cob, vegetables, Southern chicken, dessert and a selection of drinks. If you are looking to start your day with a show and a breakfast, head to the theater for the Blackwood Breakfast Variety Show. The morning show features the gospel music of R.W. and Donna Blackwood as well as a varying list of other performers. The breakfast features buttermilk biscuits, eggs, bacon, hash browns and a wide selection of drinks.
The theater is located on Music Road, just minutes from Dollywood and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The theater is open year round but the number of Black Bear Jamboree shows performed each day does vary. Dates and times for the Blackwood Breakfast Variety Show vary according to the season.

The Elwood Smooch's Choo Choo Boogie Variety Show is a popular one-hour show that combines humor with various musical styles. Billy Baker, a one-time featured clown with Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus as well as a seasoned Pigeon Forge performer, transforms himself into a crotchety old man and hillbilly and then surprises everyone by beautifully singing gospel tunes. The show also features songs performed by children.
Memories Theater is located on the Parkway, also known as US 441 Scenic Byway, just around the corner from Music Road. Showtime is 1 p.m., but show dates vary according to season.

For Christian entertainment there is the Miracle show, which has been performed at the Miracle Theater since April 2006. The Miracle tells about the rise and fall of Jesus Christ set to music and lyrics written by Liberty University professors David Legg and Linda Nell Cooper. In addition to a large cast of singers, the show features 3-D video production, technology that allows Jesus to walk on water in one scene, more than 300 authentic costumes and live animals such as camels, donkeys and lambs.
The Miracle Theater is located on the Parkway, also known as US 441 Scenic Byway, not far from the Memories Theater. The show is performed March through December. There are 8 p.m. shows Monday through Saturday and 3 p.m. matinees Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Backstage tours are available for an additional fee.
