If your children prefer some outdoor activities, the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe has a program called Camp Tahoe and offers water-sport rentals and its own private fishing pier.
Another camp program, Kids Camp, offers activities for children ages 6 and older. Other activities include boat rides on the M.S. Dixie II and the Tahoe Queen. Children can also rent bicycles at Anderson Bike Rentals on Highway 50.
There are also hay rides and trail rides offered through Camp Richardson stables.
