The Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Boat Parade is listed as one of the “Top 20 Events in the Southeast” by the Southeast Tourism Society. View more than 100 spectacularly lighted vessels during this monthlong celebration. The parade, which has been celebrated annually for more than 30 years, has developed into a multicultural event that includes a golf tournament, the Winterfest Black Tie Ball, the Shoreline Decorating Extravaganza and Family Fun Days.

Holiday Fantasy of Lights is an annual event held in Tradewinds Park, Coconut Creek. Walk or drive through the park's 2.5-mile road featuring light displays, which are changed annually. The event started in 1993 and, according to Alzheimer’s Family Center Inc., which supports the event, it attracts more than 150,000 people annually. Holiday Fantasy of Lights generally is open evenings from November to January; contact Tradewinds for specific hours and dates of operation.
