    Other Trees

    • The golden shower tree is extremely popular on the mainland for ornamental landscaping. The tree is easily identifiable from its thin, long, yellow flowery branches. Koa is native to Hawaii and grows nowhere else in the world. The wood from the Koa trees is popular for furniture making.
