You can check-in at the JetBlue website up to 24 hours in advance and change your seat at that time. If you want to talk to a live person or change your seat before you check-in, call customer service at 800-JET-BLUE. There is no charge associated with changing your seat assignment.

JetBlue customer service agents can change your seat.
Go to the "Manage Your Flights" portion of the JetBlue website. You can also call the customer service department at 800-JETBLUE or 800-538-2583. Dial 0 to reach a live person.

Log on to the JetBlue site with your True Blue Rewards number.
Type in your confirmation number, last name or your True Blue Rewards program number to find your flight information using the website. If calling, the customer service agent will ask you for the same information.

Verify your flight information with customer service.
Review your flight information either online or with the customer service agent.

All passengers who have paid for tickets are guaranteed a seat.
Pick a new seat from those that are available.

You're allowed to bring one checked bag and one carry-on for free.
Indicate how many bags you will be taking on the next screen if you are using the computer. The first bag is free. You may also bring a carry-on bag.

Print your boarding pass at home or at the airport.
Print out your boarding pass when you check-in at home. You can also wait to print it at the airport.
