How to Contact JetBlue

JetBlue is an airline with its main hub at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York. Jet Blue's maiden flight was in 1999. With over 160 planes servicing 63 cities in 22 different states, many passengers may need to contact JetBlue to make a reservation, change a flight or to notify the airline of a recent flight experience.

      Determine which method of contacting JetBlue is best for you. You may contact them by phone, through their website or by mail. If you need immediate assistance, you should always call them.

      Call JetBlue's customer service line at 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) or 001-801-365-2525 if you are outside the United States. There are representatives available at all times to help you with any needs that you may have.

      Navigate to JetBlue's website to email them your complaints or to praise them for a good flight experience. (see Resources) You will want to select "Give Compliments" or "Share Concerns" depending on your circumstances. Input your information and share your experience then select "Submit."

      Compose a letter advising them of your recent experience on their airline and mail it to JetBlue Airways Customer Relations, P.O. Box 17435, Salt Lake City, UT 84117-0435.
