Click on the "Contact Us" tab. Accor Hotels lists common inquires under different categories. Select the link under the category that's appropriate to your issue. For example, if you have an inquiry about your booking, select "Would you like to view or cancel your booking?" under the "After your booking" section.
Complete the email form. The website will generate an email form based on your selected inquiry. Include your name, phone number, email address, mailing address and reservation number, if applicable. Use the "Additional comments" section to provide any other information you feel is important to your inquiry.
Review the information. Ensure it is correct and then click the "Submit" or "OK" button to send the form.
