How to Make a Complaint to Spirit Airlines

With the amount of money you pay to travel on any airline you expect a certain amount of customer service to ensure your flight is pleasant. When you encounter a problem on your Spirit Airlines flight, whether it's a lack of courtesy by an employee, damaged luggage or any other issue, contact the staff at Spirit.

      Visit the Spirit Airlines website support center and fill out an email detailing your complaints (see Resources). Provide your name, email address, topic of your complaint, your location, and in the space provided,write your complaint. Send your email to Spirit Airlines by clicking the "Send" button. Spirit Airlines will contact you with a response.

      Call Spirit Airlines at (800) 772-7117. Using the numeric keypad on your phone, enter the number for the correct choices you want from the automated menu. Speak with a manager about your complaint.

      Visit the Spirit Airlines ticket counter at an airport. Staff is on site to listen to your complaints, issues and comments. Ask to speak to a manager if one is available.
