Contact your airline by mail or email. Putting your complaint on paper makes it more difficult for airlines to deny receiving a complaint from you. Airlines provide baggage contact information on their websites you can fill out and submit to document your complaint.
Visit your airline's website and locate their "Contact Us" link, which is typically located somewhere on their homepage. Click on the link for "Baggage Contact Information."
Fill out the baggage contact information form by entering your name, address, contact information, flight information and luggage information. Write out your complaint in the box provided and submit your complaint. Your airline should contact you with a response to your complaint. If they do not, follow up your complaint with a second complaint by contacting the airline by phone.
