Go to the Air Canada website.
Click on "Contact Us". This will bring up a list of Air Canada topics and services on which you can receive information.
Click on "To redeem your Electronic Voucher (EMCO) or Paper Voucher (MCO)". This will bring you the travel vouchers page.
Click on "EMCO/TRAVEL VOUCHER REQUEST FORM".
Fill out the voucher request form. You must fill in your name, telephone number and email address, your electronic travel voucher number and the ticket number, booking reference number, flight number, travel dates and departure and destination locations of the flight ticket to which you want to apply the value of the voucher. Keep in mind that you can only apply the value of the voucher toward flight tickets for which travel has already been completed using this method.
Submit your request. You will receive a credit for the amount of the voucher on the method of payment you used to purchase the flight ticket, such as your credit card. You should receive your refund within ten business days.

Speak to a booking agent to book a future flight.
Provide your electronic travel voucher number to the agent. When you have chosen your flight and are giving your payment information, tell the agent you have an electronic travel voucher and she will apply the amount of your voucher to the cost of your ticket.
Print the receipt or e-ticket itinerary if you have an electronic flight ticket. If you have a paper ticket, simply use the original ticket.
Include your electronic travel voucher (EMCO) or your paper travel voucher (MCO).
Send your ticket, itinerary or receipt and your original travel voucher to Air Canada refund services. Once Air Canada receives your voucher and ticket, they will credit the method of payment you used to purchase the ticket for the amount of the voucher.
