Why is government so stable?

The statement that government is so stable is debatable. While some governments may experience stability, others are subject to frequent changes, instability, or even collapse. Many factors contribute to the stability of a government, including the political culture, the level of political participation and inclusion, the strength of institutions and the rule of law, and the economy. For example, countries with a strong democratic tradition, a high level of political participation, and robust institutions tend to be more stable than those that lack these features.
