Take a taxi, which are conveniently positioned at various locations throughout the city.
Consider a casual stroll or walk in New Orleans. During big celebrations like Mardi Gras and The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage festival it is advisable to walk due to the large volume of crowds and traffic congestion.
If you are a tourist take a tour bus.
