Hanging a Camper Shell

During winter months, or between vacations, you can remove your camper shell from the back of your truck for storage. The easiest way to store such an item is in your garage with a pulley system designed to hang your camper shell. A variety of companies offer such a device that is easy to install on your own. You can then back your truck up to the lift and hang the shell. Keep in mind that directions will vary from lift to lift.

Slide the provided nylon cable through the winding axle on each side of the lift. Secure the gear drive with the Allen head cap screws and Allen wrench.
