RV Parks in Idaho

The state of Idaho is the perfect draw for RV campers and lovers of mountains, wildlife and wide open spaces. Bordering Washington and Oregon in the Pacific Northwest, Idaho offers RV parks close to major cities, the trout filled Snake River and cascading waterfalls. Most RV parks are set up to accommodate rigs of all sizes, including the large Class A vehicles.
  1. Boise/Meridian KOA RV Resort - Meridian

    • This full service RV resort makes a great base to explore local attractions such as the Roaring Springs Water Park, World Center for Birds of Prey and the museums, restaurants and shops of both the cities of Meridian and Boise. Located just off of Highway 84, one of the major Interstates, Boise/Meridian KOA RV Resort is also a convenient choice for an overnight stop on a cross country trip.

      The resort offers 185 spaces, all graveled with patios, shade trees and picnic tables. Most are back-in sites that are 45 feet long. There are 25 pull-thrus that are 65 feet long that can accommodate big rigs. All sites have full hook-ups with either 30 or 50 amp electrical service and are large enough for slide-outs. Wireless Internet access and cable TV service are both available. Pets are welcome and an enclosed exercise area is provided.

      Activities include an indoor heated swimming pool and hot tub, recreation hall suitable for group events, children's playground, game room and exchange library. Other amenities include an RV wash station, showers, restroom, laundry and store that offers groceries, propane and video rentals. Members of the KOA camping club receive a nightly discount on camping rates.

    Twin Falls 93 RV Park---Twin Falls

    • Located in central southern Idaho, the Twin Falls 93 RV Park makes the perfect base for exploring Idaho's waterfall country. The Snake River, aptly named because of its meandering flow, is home to Shoshone Falls Park with its 212 foot high waterfalls, hiking trails and fishing opportunities. Other waterfalls in the area include Thousand Springs, Bridal Veil Falls and Twin Falls. Guests also have access to three golf courses within the city limits of Twin Falls.

      The RV park offers 30 graveled campsites, all pull-thrus, all 70 feet long and wide enough for slide-outs. All sites offer water and electric hook-ups with 30 or 50 amp service and 17 sites also offer sewer hook-ups. Cable TV and wireless Internet are available and each campsite is shaded and has a picnic table and fire rig. Pets up to 50 pounds are welcome. Rottweilers and pit bulls are not allowed.

      Amenities include hot tub, horseshoe pit, showers, restroom, dump station, RV wash station, laundry, exchange library and store that offers RV supplies, propane, firewood and grocery items.

    Snake River RV Park and Campground -- Idaho Falls

    • The Snake River RV Park and Campground offers 112 sites, 49 of which are pull-thrus measuring 60 feet in length. The back-ins are 42 feet long and both types of campsites are wide enough for slide-outs. All sites have water and electric, with 30 or 50 amp service and 57 sites also have sewer hook-ups. Wireless Internet service is available and pets are most welcome.

      Park amenities include a heated swimming pool and hot tub (both seasonal), children's playground, horseshoe pits and a stream going through the property. Also available are showers, restrooms, laundry facilities, dump station, propane gas and a store that offers groceries, video rentals, firewood and an assortment of RV supplies.
