Take the molding off the door to determine the source of the door's misalignment. Unscrew the molding with a screwdriver and pull it towards you to remove.
Inspect the door frame to see where it has shifted from. Is the door off track at the bottom, top or side? This will help you pinpoint what needs adjusting.
Loosen the screws holding the door frame to the RV frame with a screwdriver. The adjustments will be made on the side with the hinges.
Use shims to return the frame to square by placing them into the spaces between the door frame and the stud.
Tighten the screws with a screwdriver to secure the door frame to the RV's wall. Finish by replacing the molding.
